The purpose of these courses is to train specialists, who in the future will be able to conduct classes and train new rugby specialists.
The courses are attended by experienced professionals from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. As part of the course, participants will learn: the methodology, different styles of teaching, practicing teaching methods.

The final stage for the participants will be to conduct the course on their own under the supervision of mentors. In case of successful performance and subsequent positive assessment by mentors, participants will receive World Rugby Edukator licenses.
