This year, the 30th anniversary of our independence will be widely celebrated throughout Uzbekistan. In this regard, the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport and NOC are planning to make a documentary movie about our sporting achievements during this period. This was mentioned in an online meeting with the leadership of both organizations.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the NOC of Uzbekistan, Rustam Shaabdurakhmanov, the First Deputy Minister of Physical Culture and Sport, Ravshan Irmatov, and the Deputy Minister, Nodir Murotov, the Secretary General of the NOC, Oybek Kasimov, as well as heads of departments of the Ministry and the Committee.
“This year we face important challenges. I propose to make a film about the achievements of Uzbek athletes in honor of the 30th anniversary of our Independence. One of the main characters of the movie will be Ravshan Irmatov himself, “said the chairman of the NOC.
During the meeting opinions about Tashkent «Big Slam» were expressed, which will take place on March 5-7, international marathon «Nowruz», thorough preparation of Murodjon Ahmadaliyev in his fight, where he will defend the championship belts and, as part of these major events, invite the leadership of international organizations to further strengthen bilateral ties.
