Uzbekistan will host Asian youth games in 2025.
On August 7, 2020, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to prepare for the IV Asian Youth Games in 2025 in Uzbekistan” was adopted.
It is known that at the 73rd meeting of the Executive Committee of the Asian Olympic Council, which took place on September 28, 2019 in Doha, Qatar, it was decided to hold the IV Asian Youth Games in 2025 in Tashkent.
In accordance with the decree, the composition of the organizing committee and the program of events for the organization of the Summer Asian Games “Tashkent-2025” at the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan were approved to hold this prestigious competition at a high level.
In addition, based on the experience of advanced countries, the Directorate of the Summer Asian Games “Tashkent-2025” will be created in the form of a state institution for the systematic implementation of tasks related to the organization and conduct of the Asian Games at a high level.
