World Rugby announced important changes to the 2023 World Cup

The official release states that the changes are caused by the coronavirus pandemic and are based on the experience of the World Cup 2019 in Japan.
So, what changes there are.
First, the intervals between games are extended. Now each team is guaranteed a five-day recovery break;
Second, team applications will increase from 31 to 33;
Third, team travels will be kept to a minimum;
The start of the tournament is scheduled for September 8, the final October 28.
