As we reported earlier, on June 23, at the stadium of the National University of Uzbekistan named after Mirzo Ulugbek, the III round of the Uzbekistan Rugby-7 Championship among men and women was held.
The following teams among men took part in the competitions: Nukus (Karakalpakstan), Khorezm, Fergana, Navoi, Tashkent (Specialized Children and Youth Sports School for Game Types and Athletics), University 1 (UzMU) and University 2 (UzMU).
Among women: Nukus (Republic of Karakalpakstan), Khorezm 1, Fergana, Navoi, Khorezm 2, Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports (Chirchik),
The places in the second round were distributed as follows:
Men:
1st place – University 1 (UzMU)
2nd place – Khorezm
3rd place – University 2 (UzMU)
Women:
1st place – Republic of Karakalpakstan
2nd place – Namangan
3rd place – Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports (Chirchik)
