A meeting of the representatives of Uzbekistan Rugby Federation and the State University of Physical Culture and Sports was held.
A meeting of the heads of the State University of Physical Culture and Sports and the Rugby Federation of Uzbekistan was held at the State University of Physical Culture and Sports. For the first time, this university opened the “Rugby” department, which trains specialists with higher education in this sport. Nowadays, 21 students study there after passing the entrance exams.
During the conversation, in which the vice-rector of the university Bayazitov K., the dean of the faculty for sports games Tulyaganov Sh. and Executive Director of Uzbekistan Rugby Federation Nabiev R. took part, multilateral issues of mutual cooperation were discussed.
At the end of the meeting, Uzbekistan Rugby Federation granted the books to the university in Uzbek and Russian languages,which was recommended by WORLD RUGBY as teaching aids for teachers and students, as well as rugby balls.
