During the reporting week , the following work was performed with the athletes:

This training camp is completely focused on general physical and physical fitness, over the past week the athletes have fully acclimatized (women’s and men’s teams), shock and recovery microcycles were successful by 90%, no injuries were detected.

Since February 14, the athletes have started another shock microcycle, it is planned to increase the volume of training load from 75-80% to 85-90%.The issue of vitaminization of athletes is acute.

Under the conditions of a tough schedule of training camps, an analysis of the condition of athletes shows that athletes who have the opportunity to purchase drugs for partial fortification are more efficient and recover faster than athletes who do not have such an opportunity.

In the near future, testing of athletes will be carried out, which, after analyzing the performance of previous TCBs, will allow screening of the training trend of athletes.

Conclusion: The following problems have been identified:
