On 12-14 March and 19 March of this year in Navoi city “youth” sports complex dedicated to the national holiday “Navruz”, regional championship competitions on Rugby-7 were held in cooperation with Navoi region Sports Development Department, children and adolescents Sports School specialized in sports games and athletics, Navoi region regional department of the rugby federation of Uzbekistan.
These competitions were held among adolescents (U-14) born in 2008 and younger, (U-20) among adolescents and girls born in 2002 and younger, and among men.
In total, 14 teams took part in the competitions, of which 10 teenagers, men and 4 girls teams, as well as about 150 teenagers and girls took part.
As a result of the competitions, the winners and winners were awarded and rugby balls were distributed to the coaches who were carrying out rugby sports.
