Advanced training courses (T&E Superweek) have started in Bishkek today. The courses will last from April 15 to 23 and include several training modules: Coaching in Rugby-7 (Level one and two), First Aid in Rugby (FAIR), General physical training in rugby (Level one and two). Specialists from Bishkek, Batken, Issyk-Kul, Naryn and Chui regions of Kyrgyzstan take part in the courses.

Licensed World Rugby teachers will lead the courses:

Gaith Jalajel (Jordan, UAE);

Danil Kulikov (Uzbekistan);

Mansur Uteshev (Uzbekistan);

Asad Gulyamov (Uzbekistan).

On the first day of classes, the participants studied the module “Coaching in rugby-7” (Level one). The course consisted of theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the participants were explained the key factors and functional roles, the main stages of training, as well as the process of their construction and filling. Then the participants practically worked out the acquired knowledge on the field: each independently conducted a mini-workout on a given topic, collected feedback from the participants, conducted a self-analysis of their training.

These courses are held within the framework of the program of the International Olympic Committee “Olympic Solidarity”, with the effective support of the National Olympic Committee of Kyrgyzstan, the International Rugby Union (World Rugby) and the Asian Rugby Union (Asia Rugby).
