The current season will be the last in Victor Vito’s career.
In an interview with L’Equipe, the 35-year-old La Rochelle rugby player admitted that he feels physically exhausted and wants to devote more time to his family.
Vito played 100 matches for the Hurricanes in Super Rugby and 33 games for the New Zealand national team, with which he won two World Cups (2011 and 2015). In 2017, Viktor was recognized as the best rugby player of the year in the Top 14.
