CASA Officially Confirms Commitment to Strategic Cooperation with Asia Rugby and the Development of Rugby in Central and South Asia
Central and South Asia Rugby (CASA) has issued an official communication to Asia Rugby confirming its commitment to the principles of transparency and constructive cooperation. The document emphasizes that the alliance’s activities will be fully aligned with the statutes, regulations, and strategic directions of the continental governing body.
CASA is positioned as a platform for regional cooperation aimed at developing rugby across the countries of Central and South Asia. The alliance does not function as a governing body and does not establish parallel management structures; all programs and initiatives are implemented in coordination with Asia Rugby.

Particular attention is given to the development of youth, women’s, and grassroots rugby, as well as to expanding competitive opportunities within the region. The Uzbekistan Rugby Federation notes that initiatives of this nature contribute to strengthening international partnerships and ensuring the sustainable development of rugby in Central Asia.
