In addition to Olympic sports, it was proposed at the meeting to include non-Olympic sports traditional for the region.
We remind that the Central Asian Games is a sports event held every two years until 2005 among athletes of the Central Asian Republics of Asia. In Kazakhstan, they took place in 1997. Almaty hosted those Games.
